Aluminium Moisture Barrier Materials
PRODUCT CODE: MB4000 (Aluminium)
Moisture Barrier Bags are commonly used in the dry packaging of moisture sensitive devices. These bags are one of the most effective packaging solutions on the market today to protect against corrosive damage caused by humidity, moisture, oxygen, salt spray, aromas, grease and other airborne contaminants.
They are constructed with moisture barrier layer (Static dissipative layer/Polyester Layer/Aluminum Foil/Nylon/Polyolefin/Static dissipative layer) which accounts to a total thickness of 4.0 Mil material.
Our Moisture Barrier Bags provides full protection from ESD and Static field charges so as to ensure that the sensitive product contained inside do not get damaged from such charges.
They are normally coupled together with the use of Desiccant / Silica Gels to help remove excessive humidity that would normally degrade or even destroy products that are sensitive to moisture.
