ESD Static Shielding Bags
ESD Static Shielding Bags are the primary method of packaging ICs, circuit boards, Hard Disk and other delicate electronic products against static electricity.
These bags are widely used in most electronic manufacturing companies and are also known as Metal-In shielding bags as the metal shield is buried between two plastic layers.
ESD bags has a buried metal shielding layer that offers superior durability where it is constructed from an alloy electrostatic shield with a tough layer of polyester protection, resulting in good abrasion and puncture resistant, and they are semi-transparent.
Thickness: 3.1 mil.
Our ESD Static Shielding Bag Product Reference is known as: TLS3100.
ESD Attention Warning Labels or also known as ESD caution labels, are RoHS labels which are easy to use and to provide the ESD symbol and warning message needed to complete your ESD protective packages or shipments solutions. ESD labels are tamper evident to help monitor whether a package has been opened. Such labels are normally used on ESD bags, ESD boxes, ESD packages to ensure proper warning of ESD sensitive material inside. We customize these ESD labels to the various sizes which you require to complete your packaging solution.
